Are you
a parent, sister, brother, relative or friend of a person with same-sex
attractions? If so, there is help and support for you. Encourage is an
affiliate organization to Courage. It’s primary focus is emotional and
spiritual support in a group setting. This support group works and prays
to develop a Catholic outreach to men and women who struggle with
same-sex attractions.
The Diocese of St. Augustine presently hosts one Encourage chapter which meets once a month. Meetings take place on the first Wednesday evening of the month. If you are interested in participating in these support meetings, please contact the Courage/Encourage Office of Jacksonville: 399-1954. |
